These terms apply when you use superconsciousmoney.com or buy Money Tension Discharger from Superconscious Money, operated by Nic De Souza in British Columbia, Canada. By buying or using the product, you agree to them.
Money Tension Discharger is a digital product: a guided video, a standalone audio practice and the Nervous System Alarm, delivered through our member area.
The price is $54 USD, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
You get lifetime access to the product for as long as Superconscious Money offers it. If we ever retire the product, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download the core materials where possible.
If you have genuinely done the practice and still don't feel what it has done, email us at connect@superconsciousmoney.com or tell Nic on your private call. You will get your money back.
Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't share your login, copy, resell, or publicly post the videos, audio or written materials. All content remains the property of Superconscious Money.
Money Tension Discharger is an educational and personal development practice. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, mental health professional or financial adviser.
The practice includes breathing, movement and natural trembling. Some people feel lightheaded. Go at your own pace, stop if you feel unwell, and check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart, breathing, seizure or other medical condition. You take part at your own risk.
Everyone's experience is different. We don't promise any particular outcome, including any financial result. Any examples or testimonials reflect individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.
To the extent the law allows, Superconscious Money is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
